Question For Those Who Have Been To Author Book Signings…?
Director Guillermo del Toro will be in LA and NYC in June signing copies in Barnes and Noble of his new book The Strain.
Are these functions strictly only for signing copies of the book? I’m asking because my brother got all excited and wants to bring down his Hellboy DVDs and Pan’s Labyrinth action figures.
Different authors have different rules about what they will sign and how many things they will sign. Sometimes they will only sign books bought that day and sometimes they will sign anything. You need to call the store and ask what the rules are. The staff of the store will have a plan for a big signing like that and be able to tell you what will be going on.
